The family owned company was founded in October of 2000 by Chef
Steve Creasey. Chef Creasey is certified by the American Culinary
Federation and has worked as an Executive Chef in many of West Virginia's
resorts, hotels and country clubs for the past thirty years. He
has been an award-winning member of the West Virginia Culinary Team,
and has been the recipient of numerous awards over the years in
recognition of his culinary skills.
In just eleven months Creasey's Classic Country Cuisine has gained
the support of over 25 restaurants, stores
and specialty shops throughout the state
of West Virigina. The list continues to grow. Because of the careful
and watchful eye of
CEO / Chef Creasey, the company has stayed in the black throughout
the critical, beginning stages.
