Welcome!
to Creasey's Classic Country Cuisine
www.CreaseysCuisine.com

Creasey's
Classic Country Cuisine jars are labeled by hand, re-boxed by hand
and delivered by hand. This is why you might pay a little more for
our pickles than for "store bought" pickles. We take the
necessary time, use the highest quality spices, sugars and vinegars,
and we can our products the old fashioned way by hand
one jar at the time, with loving care. This is why we think our
pickled products are the best you can buy anywhere.
Our
company was founded in October of 2000 by Chef Steve Creasey. Chef
Creasey is certified by the American Culinary Federation and has
worked as an Executive Chef in many of West Virginia's resorts,
hotels and country clubs for the past thirty years. He has been
an award-winning member of the West Virginia Culinary Team, and
has been the recipient of numerous awards over the years in recognition
of his culinary skills.
Grandpa
Steve, as he is known to his five grandchildren, has always loved
living in the country and growing his own garden. Preserving food
in jars just came natural to him and it is a hobby he has enjoyed
throughout his career in the hospitality business.
Steve
has been making pickles and relishes in his home for many years,
and found himself making enough to give samples to family and friends.
He discovered that everyone wanted to know if they could "buy"
more from him. The idea to manufacture and produce canned foods
for sale evolved in Steve's mind many years ago. In the year 2000,
a friend of Steve's had enough faith in him, and his cooking skills,
to support him and make his dream a reality.
Not
Since Grandma
Our goal at Creasey's Classic Country Cuisine is simple. We want
to bring you the finest pickled products you have eaten since your
grandmother made them by hand in her kitchen and in her cellar.
We think we have captured that essence by using traditional canning
methods and old home-style recipes. Our products are all natural.
We do not use preservatives other than natural preservatives such
as vinegar, sugar and salt. Each jar is hand packed in West Virginia
by West Virginians. We use West Virginia grown produce whenever
possible.
